Our Story
Fifteen years of doing property differently
Alan Jacob Estates was founded on a simple premise: that clients deserve an agent who tells the truth, moves quickly, and treats every transaction (large or small) with the same level of care.
What started as a small sales office on South Street has grown into a full-service agency spanning residential sales, lettings, property management, commercial lettings and local authority partnerships, but the founding principle hasn’t changed. We still answer our own phones, we still valuate honestly, and we still measure success by whether a client would use us again.
Today our team supports first-time buyers, growing families, landlords with a single flat and investors with substantial portfolios, across Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Gidea Park, Chigwell, Loughton, Barking and the wider London & Essex area.

Leads the sales team with a focus on accurate pricing and firm negotiation, having sold property's across London for over 9 years.

Head of Lettings
Oversees lettings and compliance across our residential and local authority partnerships, with deep knowledge of landlord regulation.
